Ford Motor Company Partners with Blackstone Valley Chamber and Shoppes at Blackstone Valley to Promote New Vehicle Designed for Small Business

Whitinsville, MA: The Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce announced today that they have been chosen as one of several Chambers of Commerce across the USA to partner with Ford Motor Company to promote their new and innovative vehicle, the Ford Transit Connect, designed with the needs of small business owners in mind. "We are honored to have been chosen to work with Ford to create an event for the public to experience this ingenious vehicle!" stated Jeannie Hebert, President and CEO of the Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce. "With over 2500 small businesses located in the Blackstone Valley, our area is the perfect venue to premiere a vehicle designed to suit the needs of small business."

Friday, April 16th, 3:30 to 6:30, upper level parking lot of the Shoppes at Blackstone Valley off route 146, Millbury is where the event will take place. This is an opportune time since a new anchor store, Best Buy, will open the following week. Their crew will be at the event promoting the opening as well as the "Best Buy for Business" division dedicated to business services.

"The fact that the event is just one week before the grand opening of the new Best Buy store at the Shoppes at the Blackstone Valley makes it a perfect fit to promote Best Buy for Business," said Ellyne Fleshner, General Manager, The Shoppes at Blackstone Valley.
