David Morales, Commissioner of the Commonwealth's Division of Health Care Finance and Policy to speak at Blackstone Valley Chamber Breakfast on Wednesday Feb 16

WHITINSVILLE, MASSACHUSETTS: David Morales, Commissioner of the Division of Health Care Finance and Policy for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts will be the featured speaker at the Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce Membership Breakfast this Wednesday, February 16th at Highfields Country Club, 42 Magill Drive in Grafton on the topic of "How the Federal Healthcare Bill Will Affect Your Business." The breakfast is sponsored by AllCare Medical Supply, Millbury. "This is a topic that is now and has been on everyone's mind for quite some time," says Jeannie Hebert, President and CEO of the Chamber of Commerce. "We are now entering into a new year with hopes of a rise in profits for FY 2011 and all businesses are anxious to find out how much of a bite this bill could take from their profit margins."

Also on the agenda will be the presentation of Certificates of Achievement from Quinsigamond Community College to graduates of the Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneurship Course from OSBE Executive Director Andre Porter and Quinsigamond Community College Vice President of Community Engagement Dale Allen. This course was made possible through a grant from the Massachusetts Office of Small Business and Entrepreneurship and was taught by professors from QCC.
