5th Annual Benefit Earth Bash at Southwick's Zoo

Friday, June 18th, 2010 - 7pm to 11pm

Mendon, MA May 2010 — An evening Adventure at Southwick's Zoo, in support of the works of Earth Limited, local and global. Enjoy a rare glimpse at life after hours here at Southwick’s Zoo. Featuring great food, live music, wine and cocktail cash bar. Eco-friendly products will be used. A wonderful array of Silent and live auctions items, in- cluding a 6 day / 6 night African Safari, a trip to Block Island, signed Patriots footballs, a custom website and many other wonderful gifts, services and tickets.

The Benefit Earth Bash supports the works of Earth Limited, both local and global. Earth is a grassroots non-profit educational organization located right here at Southwick's Zoo. Earth’s Mission: To provide environmental and conservation education with an emphasis on animal ecology endangered species and threatened habitats; education methods include the extensive use of live animal presentations and hands-on activities, both at the Earth Discovery Center located at Southwick’s Zoo and through programs such as the Earth Limited ZooMobile.

The Benefit Earth Bash also helps to support many ecological efforts including Whale Shark research, The Sarapiqui Conservation Learning Center in Costa Rica, Sloth Rehabilitation Center, Great Green Macaw Project, Interns at the Earth Discovery Center, eco-travel and more.
