Natural-Setting Photography Retreat Offered at Wallis Cove Cabins
June 11—13, 2010
Douglas, MA — February 1, 2010 — Wallis Cove Cabins, and LaMich Productions, offer a photography weekend retreat, June 11-13, 2010, at Wallis Cove,
a private 100-acre forested location on Whitin Reservoir in Douglas, MA.
Photographic opportunities include classic cars, professional models, interpreters in period costume. Gravestone Girls will lead excursion to historic cemetery and a 200 year old crypt will be open for the group. Other nearby excursions will include a 150 year old stocked general store and a wildlife sanctuary. Three professional photographers will teach and mentor the group throughout the weekend. Portfolio reviews included. All meals included. Special guests will join our bonfire chats on Friday and Saturday evening.
Jump into as many activities as possible or take some time to enjoy the garden grounds, the forest trails and the lake. Several kayaks are freely available.
Space is limited. 50% deposit due by March 1. Balance due by June 1. Price includes all meals and activities (lodging separate and very limited – reserve now for cabin bedroom, dorm bed, RV spot or tent site).
Weekend (Fri noon through Sunday afternoon) - $150 per person
Saturday only (7a.m. through evening) - $100 per person
