Blackstone Valley Leadership Academy to Launch Spring 2012

On Friday, April 27 from 5-9pm the Blackstone Valley Education Foundation will launch their resurrected adult leadership program. The Blackstone Valley Leadership Academy (BVLA) offers a unique Program that will give you and your "star" employees the skill and insight necessary to create lasting value for your workplace or community.

The BVLA presents leadership practice based on systems thinking and reciprocity. This approach connects your business or organization with whatever constituencies and goals to seek to sustain, including stellar employees, satisfied customers, community support, and best of all, return on investment.

The 45-hour program, comprised of interactive and engaging sessions with business and education professionals provides you with insight and practice that can create value and opportunity for your organization, staff, clients, community, stakeholders and ultimately yourselves. You will experience systematic and intentional practice for effectiveness in critical thinking, problem solving, systems building and legacy leadership.

The program is structured in four stages starting on Friday, April 27 and concluding on June 22 for full or half weekend days. Sessions feature workshops, speakers, case studies, exercises, and presentations that take you through specific steps towards a clearly defined outcome.
